HAIRMAID LTD Returns & Refund Policy

We’re here to help! If you experience any issues with your product that are due to a manufacturing fault, such as breakages or leakages then please reach out to us by email at info@hairmaid.co.uk with relevant images attached. We’ll review your claim, assess your claim and respond as quickly as possible with our decision.

Please read this Returns and Refund Policy carefully.

REPORTING ISSUES

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll take the appropriate action to resolve the issue. Please email info@hairmaid.co.uk

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Items purchased as part of a collection or bundle must be returned in full we cannot accept individual items from sets.

- We can only accept returns on items purchased directly through our website.

In addition to the specific uses set out below, we may use information we collect about you to communicate with you, provide or improve or improve the Services, comply with any applicable legal obligations, enforce any applicable terms of service, and to protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.

DELIVERY CHARGES

- Delivery/Shipping fees are non-refundable once a delivery has been attempted or if a parcel is not collected.

- If a parcel is returned to us because it was not accepted or collected, we cannot refund the associated delivery fees.

- Customer are responsible for return delivery/shipping charges.

REFUNDS

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll begin processing your refund.

- Inspections are usually completed within 14 days of receipt

- During busy periods (e.g. Black Friday and Christmas), please allow up to 14 days for return processing.

- If approved, your refund will be issues to your original payment method

- Once issues, refunds may take upto 72 hours to appear in your account. If it hasn't then please contact your bank first.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

- It's your responsibility to track your order and be available to accept delivery.

- If a parcel has not been collected or accepted, we cannot refund delivery charges

- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel on the expected delivery day.

RETURNING ITEMS

- We strongly recommend using a tracked & insured postal service when sending items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Hairmaid LTD is not responsible for returns that get lost in the post

- We do not offer refunds for items based on personal preference.

- If approved, your refund will be issues to your original payment method

POLICY MISUSE

- We monitor returns to prevent misuse of our returns policy.

- Accounts showing excessive returns may be flagged and reviewed.

- We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary.
