Hairmaid LTD - Shipping Policy
All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour service, after they have been fulfilled (usually within 24h of placing your order, this does not include weekend and public holidays)
All our shipping is tracked. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped and fulfilled on our system.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT. This excludes weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and UK Bank Holidays.
Please note, any courier delays are fully beyond our control here at Hairmaid LTD and may affect your orders arrival time over peak periods.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they provide the correct delivery details. Hairmaid Ltd will not be liable for incorrect details and therefore not able to refund orders or send out new orders unless bought from our website again.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes and any customs fee).
SHIPPING RATES
Estimated Fees:
To determine the estimated shipping cost to ship any item to your address, you may select any item, and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. The shipping rates are displayed on your shopping cart page, and you have the option of Standard shipping Track 48. All international order will be sent by Royal Mail Express shipping.
Actual Shipping Fee
The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.
